Mew"
Many people wonder if you can get
mew.Well the official pokemon website
says you can't ,but i belive different.I
have gotten Mew ,and Here's how.
First i went to the SS ANNE and lost to a
trainer.Then I went on and got the SURF
HM and STREANGTH HM's ,along with the
right badges.I made sure I didn't let the
ship sail away.Then I went back to the
dock ,the part of the dock after where
the guy asks you for your ticket.Surfed
to the rigtht shore.I found a truck.Mew
is under it. You have to find out how to
get under it.
I HAVE ONE MORE MEW TIP FOR YOU: there is
a secret key for the truck.

"Tangela ,or Tangela"
You might want to trade someone in the
game to get a tangela ,you think
"that's the only way" I've got
an easier way.Go through the water's
above cinibar island ,you'll find plenty
of tangela there!
"Get 99 of any item"
Put whatever item you want to be
multiplied ,in the 6th position in the
item list.Go to Viridian City and talk to
the man who teaches you how to catch a
pokemon ,let him teach you.Then go fly
fushia City ,and go down to seafoam
islands and surf along the coast ,you'll
find Missing No. there ,DO NOT CATCH IT
,run away from it.That's it!You have 99
of any item!
"Secret coins"
Want TONS of extra coins for the slot
machine in Celadon City.Just Walk around
the game house with the slots.Press A and
B while doing this ,you'll find (this is
what i counted)172 coins!!!
"The Controversy Of Mr. Mime"
If you have noticed on the pokemon guide
by nintendo power ,Mr. Mime (a psychic
pokemon)has no area colored in for where
he is found.Normaly ,when this happens
that pokemon is only gotten through
evolution.But all you need to have to get
Mr. Mime ,is the CUT hm.
You get Mr. Mime by trading.To get
Mr.Mime ,go north from Viridian City
leeding to Viridian Forest ,on that
path(route 2)should be a bush that you
are able to cut.Cut that bush and go
through.Then continue to go north.Go
through a large building ,then keep going
north.You will get to a small
house.Inside is Mr. Mime ,a very good
pychic pokemon.
"I'm Thirsty"
If you go to Celadon City's large Pokemon
Mart ,on the roof should be vending
machines.There should also be a girl
saying she's thirsty.Buy her some drinks
and she'll give you something in
return.Each different drink you give her
,she will give you another TM.The TMs
are, TM13,TM48,and TM49.
Make shure you buy a few extra waters for
the guards that won't let you through to
Saffron ,and other towns.
"Snorlax Suggestion"
You can only get a snorlax twice in the
game.To wake up the two Snorlax's you
need the POKE FLUTE .You need to Wake up
The snorlax's to win the game ,but you
should try to catch at least on of
them.When you wake up the snorlax ,the
battle screen will apear.You should use
water pokemon on him.But no type has a
real advantage over snorlax.
At 1,600 pounds ,watch out for snorlax's
headbutt.
I suggest you use an ultra ball for
snorlax.
" Tauros Trouble"
Many people know that a Tauros can only
be caught in the Safari Zone.But only a
few people know in can be caught only in
the secret area 3.Well the only place you
can run into a Tauros in area 3 is on a
small patch of grass on the south side.I
suggest getting to Secret Area 3 as soon
as you get into the Safari Zone.There is
a lot of things you can do in Area
3.Including catch Tauros ,Kangaskhan,and
in the Secret house ,get the SURF HM.
If you run into a Tauros or Kangaskhan ,i
suggest you first throw a lot of bait
,then a rock.Tauros's and Kangaskhan's
run quickly.
"Fantastic Fissure"
If you win against Giovanni and win the
Earth Badge ,he'll give you a TM that
contains Fissure.Fissure ,if successful
it can make any pokemon faint in one
shot.
Yet ,in the pokemon guide it says it
won't work on Flying pokemon ,and it
doesn't work on fighting ,psychic,and a
lot of other pokemon.
This is one instantce where I don't know
why.
"The Mystery Of the Moon Stone"
You may wonder why the Moon Stone can
only be found 3 times ,when there are 4
pokemon that evolve using it.Well you CAN
get the moon stone 4 times.You need the
Item finder.I am in the proccess of
finding out where the last Moon Stone
is.I will write it in shortly.
"I'm STILL Thirsty"
As I told you in IM THIRSTY ,if you give
drinks to the girl on top of the
Department Store ,she'll give you
TM's.There is another use for DRINKS
,when your pokemon is weak ,give him a
drink.It will replenish some of his
health.This is good when you are running
low on POTIONS.
I also have reason to belive that a POKE
DOLL will help in battle.Try it!
"Missing No. Maddness"
To get MissingNo (a glitch) go to
Cinnabar Island and go into the Pokémon
Research Labratory and trade with anyone
in the first room. Then leave the Lab and
go to the EAST of Cinnabar Island and
surf up and down on the part where the
land meets the water. Eventually the
battle screen will
come up and the screen goes black for
about 5 seconds. Once you find him I
suggest you use a
Level 30 to 40 Pokemon. This is because
Missing No., even at Lv. 80, has a VERY
low defense rating. So get him down
pretty low. Even at low he is still
extremely difficult to catch. So next get
a Pokemon that knows a sleep move and put
him to sleep. Follow this up with a
couple Ultra Balls and
you should have him. NOTE: Catching
MissingNo. may cause minor glitches.

"The Mishap in the Mansion"
If you want to face the GYM LEADER Blaine
,you have to find the key to his gym.The
key is in the Pokemon mansion on the same
island.
You have to go to the 3rd floor and there
should be a place to jump off.You have to
jump down into the basement.The key is
there.
Also ,to make doors unlock ,click on the
Statue's.
"The race to the rock tunnel"
You may have tried going into the rock
tunnel.It's pitch black.But there is a
way to light up your trip.There is only
one thing that can light up the rock
tunnel.HM05,it contains FLASH.HM05 can be
found on Route 2 .
Flash can only be used for the rock
tunnel.Realy,the only good thing about
the rock tunnel,is there are Onix's
there.They can come in handy for anyone.
Do not try to go through the rock tunnel
without HM05.You will keep running into
trainers ,and if you don't have FLASH
,your pokmeon probibly aren't up for it.
"The conflict of Rapidash"
I have another conflict for you!If you
look at the players guide ,and look up
rapidash.You will see that she can be
located in the Unknown Dungeon.If you
look up the unknown dungeon in the
players guide ,it says there are no
rapidash.I have never seen a rapidash ,so

"Lickitung Trade(not much about
likitung,but other stuff)"
If you go to the gate left of Fuchsia
,you should go up through the steps in
the gate ,someone wants to trade a
slowbro for a lickitung.I suggest you get
a slowbro at the Pokemon Leage
Headquarters.If you use a rode when you
get to the water part ,you run into a lot
of powerful pokemon.Including Slowbro.If
you can't find him ,you can find a
slowpoke at a really high level.I suggest
using the rod alot.Some powerful pokemon
in the water are Seadra,Seaking ,and some
other pokemon ,not just in the water but
in all of the Headquarters.
"Koga's "invisible"
walls??"
You may hear people talking about how
koga's gym has invisible walls in
it.There is a way you can see the walls.
If you look carefully ,you can see white
dots inside the gym.They are the walls
,you can test ,you'll see you can't go
through them.If you still have trouble
seeing the walls ,darken the contrast and
you should see the walls better.
"Congrats"
Some people think that when you get all
150 pokemon ,someone gives you Mew.Well
,as you know i proved that wrong.When you
get all 150 pokemon ,go to the pokemon
Mansion and talk to one of the game
designers.He will give you something that
you'll be proud of the rest of your
life!A certificate.Now ,i know exactly
what it says.

Don't catch Metapod in the wild. Evolve your Caterpie, because it will have tackle, string shot, and harden.

In the under ground path keep pressing the a button and
tou will find items
Elite tip:
Take electric, grass, fighting, and psychic to the elite four.You can beat em' real easy.
